On every transaction in the app you have the total you receive in all of the supported coins. So you see all that before confirming the transaction.

Alright so must be high will have to check it out was wanting to support the network but crazy if I'm got to use other exchanges because the fees are better

Still you can use the Crypto.com Exchange, the spread is only in the Crypto.com App. On the Crypto.com Exchange you have fees but no spread.
