Why my 714.29 USDT in the account shows a USD
value of 721.43. But then I go to sell it it shows a USD value of $706.05? Why less? I feel like I'm being cheated here...

The displayed value is just for information (as crypto value varies every second), the real value of exchanging your coins only applies when you sell them.

The display value on your account doesn't includ any spread. he spread is only included in the sell / buy transaction. All other USD value for crypto in the app is just an estimation.

Sppread is not for CDC to make money, only for covering the fact that they need to purchase / sell your crypto on the markets... So depending on the liquidity and volume on a specific crypto, the price variation can be very high, so they need to cover the pricing risk.
