Hi, it does come down to variance as to where the users are sometimes. Whether that particular card is available, sometimes certain cards run out of stock, and then there are also local supply / logistical issues, such as a transport companies going on strike etc, unfortunately the reality is not as clear cut as giving an exact date. However the company have provided windows. We can also follow up as well to see if there are any specific issues if the users have been waiting a while.
