You can leave the CRO there (and you ll continue to have the benefits ) or you can unstake it - but you ll lose the current staking benefits ( 3% cashback, spotify & netflix reinbursement). If the amount is bigger that the stake needed, you can remove the stake and add it again, but that will start another 180 day process of staking.
