I know that US users don't have access to the Exchange, but for everyone who does, we can convert the following stable coins 1:1 between each other: USDC, PAX, TUSD, BUSD, and GUSD I am fairly sure (but not 100%) that you should be able to buy those 1:1 from USD in the app, have a look and see what the options are for you.
