I'Ve helped a few friends set up their CdC accounts

but for the first time, one of them got this response after the KYC steps:

"After reviewing your application and with careful consideration we have determined that we will not be able to onboard you as a customer. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused."

Why is that? Can they reapply?

Please contact Crypto.com Customer Support for any further requests. However, that decision usually is final. Beware of scammers on Telegram pretending to be admins or mods.

That's odd. I helped her sign up to some other exchanges and it was fine. As far as I'm aware she's got a clean credit history etc. Strange. I'll contact support.
