If you made a withdrawal from the Crypto.com App to an external wallet, you can look up the transaction details on the blockchain explorer for that token. Please keep in mind that there are differences between using the app and exchanging crypto. One may suit you better; the app provides live prices in real time, and even after you hit the trade button, there may be minor differences between what you receive and what you see. If you prefer, you can set "limit" orders for trades through the exchange. Some coins/tokens may be available on one but not on the other.
