I have a question: my friend is trying to register

on crypto, he made some mistakes with phone numbers and mails.. and he lost his crypto account made when he was living in Spain.. now he came back in Italy, he made a new phone number and new mail and he wants to create new crypto account. Is it possible?
He also wrote to the assistance to delete any account connected to his mails/numbers but they didn’t answer yet. So he decided to buy new phone number and create a new mail.

We can only have 1 account but if he has cancelled the old he should be fine to set a new one up. I would go through and set it up but once in just email support to double check that the old is gone ;)
