That I'm not sure on exactly. I am under the assumption that once you aquire and stake 400, 4000, etc. you would advance in tier with the cards.

Yes, as I was reading it you will purchase and stake at time of opening for that tier. I also saw that there's a 2.99% fee on every purchase. I have to weigh it out against how much cro I'll be getting in rewards.
