Good Day. I recently used my DeFi wallet for the first time and sent over $2,000 form my DeFi Wallet back to the C.C app. But the money was sent to crypto.com exchange. I opened a ticket on the app and sent them my tx hash. It’s now been 84 hours with out an update on when they can return my money. Can someone please help me.

So you sent the funds to your Exchange wallet ? Because if it is the case you can login and send them over to another wallet.

I sent my money to this address: cro1w2kvwrzp23aq54n3amwav4yy4a9ahq2kz2wtmj Why is that even an option? So my money is now being held by the company. I opened a ticket 84 hours ago and customer service still has no new updates for me about sending me my money back.
