Hi, I have tried to top up and it’s failed.

I’ve been using the same card for 9-12 months and the error is saying:

declined by CKO risk engine

I have funds. Is this something new or system issues? Thanks

Yeah, just now. It’s on my Mum’s account. Helping her. I’ve been able to send her funds and it’s been received a just unable to top up. Never seen that error message before
