Further to Kiwi’s response, if Cryptocom are regulated in a jurisdiction and the local authorities initiate a lawful request for registered users information / trades the company would comply with those as per their terms and conditions.
Crypto.com is not responsible for your tax obligat...
I wonder how many actually understand their local laws may still effect them if they don’t declare relevant trades etc for tax purposes. Most still don’t.
