When I transfer, I am prompted to submit an error.
You are not allowed to execute the current transaction because there are unsettled funds or outstanding balances in your account. What should I do about this?

It means you have an outstanding balance on a loan taken out of your account Loan balance refers to an in-app loan.. Crypto Credit, Spending Power, or other programmes will disable withdrawals under specific circumstances You cannot transfer these balances elsewhere, they must be paid to re-enable restricted features
