🛠 Try these steps below. 🛠 1⃣ Make sure you have the most up-to-date crypto.com app. Verify this from the Google Play store or Apple store. 2⃣ Force Close the app and re-open it. 3⃣ Try without a Wi-Fi connection and with a Wi-Fi connection. 4⃣ Uninstall and Re-install the app. (Optional) 5⃣ If the problem still persist. Confirm that it is not a device issue by installing the app on another device. 6⃣ From this point, reach out to customer support from contact@crypto.com. Explain to them the issue and only use the email address that is registered with crypto.com
Ok. Cool. First time I have had issues. Just thought I would start here To see if it was across the board.
Personally, sometimes the app loads and sometimes the app pauses. I just force close the app and reopen it
I did that. All good now. I am tired. It has been a big weekend so far. 😀 Just need to reload the card so the party can continue👍 Thanks for your help.
