if it's been confirmed on chain but hasn't been credited to your account, it might just mean the Crypto.com servers are busy processing, so give it a bit longer

Hello sir,  Good morning. I cant verify my ID in Crypto.com app. Already try 2 times but i receive incomplete verification in email, it said my picture isnt clear, but i saw its already clear picture, so i try to verify again for the last time (3rd). Then i got unsuccessfull verification. Currently, i cant verify my id anymore in the apps. Already contact support in apps and send email, but no reply yet morethan 30 minutes.. Please help
