So this mostly has to do with cro back rewards on the card perchances itself not so much about inteest on staking cards. Not about coins in treasuries

They need to be able to afford to pay them out, out of dilution. They aren't accounting for the revenues from retailers, from using the card itself. Those I'm assuming are being paid as bonuses until possibly proven otherwise
