exchange vs defi staking (besides the 2% increase in defi)?

Exchange: Min 5.000 CRO, lock 180 days period, 10% APR, interest paid daily. App: Min 5.000 CRO, it's flexible, 1 month and 3 months periods available, 2%, 4% or 6% APR, interest is paid weekly DeFi: no minimum, 28 days unbonding period, ~12% APR, interest is paid every block (~6 s), can be compounded manually
