When u close the app it is disconnected but disconnect is not the same as revoking contract

If I connect outside of the DeFi app browser using safari for example, if I clear cache and browsing history I believe then all the connection approved is revoke?

Connection and approval are 2 different thing. To revoke approvals you need to head to the explorer to revoke so everytime you want to spend that token at that dApp, it is a new approval
