If i have had my coins staked and now the

180 days has passed do i need to lock for another 180 day to take advantage of the old reward or can i just leave it as is? (staked but not locked)

The rates are going to change effective 1. June. If you want to preserve the „old“ conditions you’d need to restake before end of May to benefit from the old conditions for another 180 days. https://crypto.com/product-news/crypto-com-visa-cards-update

Keep in mind you’ll have to stake the fiat equivalent, so you might need more CRO than you already staked.
