Hi guys , a quick question about top up card

tax .....If someone sends sepa transfer to cdc fiat wallet and then tops up his card, is the 1%tax applyable as well or it is only for direct topup from carf to card?

Can't say, as it would be a specific country / jurisdictional tax issue. Best to speak to a local accountant where you are from.

My question was rather once we have the fiat on cdc, wheter we get taxed to top up cdc card...I think it is a cdc matter, I know my local bank taxation polices.....Thanks

Fiat is not a crypto. It would be akin to asking if you are taxed on buying a drink with your debit card (from the bank) But the CRO awarded from buying that drink with CDC Visa card may be taxable

If you have the fiat in the fiat wallet in the app and move it to the card there are no costs involved there.
