You can use other cards to fund your Cryptocom app, there are the normal credit card fee's, however there are other ways to transfer funds across not using credit cards. The benefits are that the Cryptocom cards are part of their wider system (The app) whereby you can instantly sell crypto to fund the card if you do need it for purchases as well as earning CRO from those purchases. Being able to use your Cryptocom card however to buy other crypto say CRO and then get rewards in CRO is a bit too cheeky and is not allowed due to that "feedback loop", that being said as stated and for the other options you have within the one app ecosystem the CDC card is certainly worth having as the payment/purchase offramp.

Yes, they are certainly beneficial. Remember we used to do purchases and get flyby (Airline points) or other benefits from companies that we may not have necessarily wanted or needed. Now we can get crypto as rewards and sell immediately for fiat if you want or if you think it may grow in value hold onto it and see if the market goes up.
