I have been using plenty crypto exchanges for past 3 years. I am trying to register on crypto.com app. I am trying to do kyc for registering, I have done it, but the app continues to the same steps again if I try to open it again. How should I proceed? Login on the computer too, it's asking kyc again. So as you said no ref code is there

Which country/region are you from? Have checked against the list here?

But I am from India, still now can't login, asking the same steps to do kyc, doing kyc also repeating the same steps 🤦

Your issue is not clear to me. The App and the Web site (Exchange) are two different things. Which one are trying to sign up for? And which exact error message are you getting?

Both I tried, if it's an app; it's showing a screen for doing kyc. If it's a website; it shows for login through email, after it shows again to complete kyc
