Please I’m having issues with my crypto.com account. I tried

making a crypto withdrawal and it was cancelled and my fiat wallet disappeared. And my crypto wallet is also on a temporary hold. Even though I already initiated another ACH transfer to my fiat wallet already today. Is my money safe?

Have you tried to text them in the app? I’ve been sending the messages for two days, but nobody is responding. I wonder if it’s just me or it’s a system issue.

You said within or wishing? Secondly, anyone who has an account with crypto.com has a referral code. You get it when you first register with crypto.com

No, that’s what crypto.com Ambassadors or staff members ask for if they want to escalate a case. If you don’t feel comfortable doing so. That’s fine. Just wait and hope they get back to you and don’t need to complain on here. That’s a choice you made.

Why would I want to make $25 if I already have a crypto.com account.
