I you were to reside in the Cayman Islands and have some proof of address there then perhaps, however your specific "work" conditions from Cuba to Cayman Islands is interesting. This IS CERTAINLY something you need to speak to Cryptocom customer service about and ensure you give exact and TRUTHFUL details to as to your exact circumstances so if you do get approved it is not an issue. Current place of long term / permanent residence is important so I would be looking at local Government authorities in the Cayman Islands to provide you proof of residency there as a starting point as your Cuban passport is of no value for the application per say.
