On sep 12 2022 - NFT account was not

able to withdraw and I was told that payout will not be possible but I should be able to invest the funds in other NFTs and then withdraw the NFTs to another wallet where I can initiate a withdrawal.

NFT was in bear market at this period and I was forced to purchase NFT to withdraw out the $ that I funded using my own cash????

, I didnt receive receive the airdrop for the world cup trophy for holding couples of LL and after 5 mths of investigation and I was told that I wasn't eligible and no reason was given when I clearly met the requirements 0.0

After close to 1 yr of investigation and my fund and NFT are still all locked inside without any reason given . It's this even legal to lock customer fund for more than 1 year?? and just by replying

"We are entitled, in our sole discretion and without providing reasons, to refuse your application for or to suspend, terminate or limit your use of the Crypto.com Wallet App Services or your account, and/or to change the eligibility criteria for registration or use of the Crypto.com Wallet App Services at any time." ?

please clear that with in app support
