Yes, each time either the problem was solved by itself, or the answer was in another place. Writing there is almost (not completely) useless

If you did not receive an answer within 5-7 days but clearly stated your request in understandable English, then contact them again with a friendly reminder. They receive lots of requests every day.

Well, there is no proper "queue". Telegram uses regular chats on their end too. They won't necessarily respond to the oldest unanswered questions first. After about 7 days it's quite reasonable to contact them again.
