Hi everybody! Anyone had problems with registration? On stage confirming my face

app doesn't working. Writes "please rotate phone" and stand 20-30 seconds, and then resets on previously stage. "Try again" button is active, but its useless.
On stage confirming ID app and camera work correctly =\
