service, needs a kick in the butt! 👎🏻

Five days struggling, just to create an account, verification systems don't work, when providing cellphone numbers they all come back with the error "has already been used with a different account".

No responses when asking questions both contact/hello@crypto.com, one out of the 4 agents asked an actual question about the situation, then simply then closed the ticket 10 mins later.

Does your team even know that there are scammers sending emails using the crypto.com domain? Or should I assume that they are your affiliates/insiders at your company.

I asked about verifying a member of your team, in this very chatroom a week ago, got no help whatsoever. I'm in possession of listing contracts, with your logo and the COO's signature on them.
