That's right, you do need to setup 2FA. To reset it, you'll need to reach out to support. As you said, they haven't responded back in 24 hours.

How to find your referral code: 1️⃣ Go into the crypto.com app. On the homescreen, at the top left corner of the screen. Hit the menu icon (3 lines symbol.) 2️⃣ Go down to Refer (Under Bonus tab) 3️⃣ Your code will be at the Bottom right corner of the screen.
