I had a cdc exchange account. Then they asked for

additional docs for kyc. I missed the email and my account is locked. I’ve since provided the documents. But I still can’t access my account and support is not replying at all.

Any staff or admin can help expedite my support message on the app? I don’t know my referral code because I can’t login to my account at all.
