Hi guys/ admins. How do I make a escalate a

case on the CDC app? I've an issue with my card and tried asking for help. It's been the same cut and paste answers on the support channel for a week, I've requested multiple times to speak to someone higher up or the "dedicated team" (The term they use) to address the issue but keep getting ignored.
In the past when I raise issues with support they would transfer me through to the relevant team but nothing is happening this time. It's been very disappointing.
I'm trying to be patient and good natured about this but sadly it's come to the point that apart from lodging a complaint or inquiry, I don't know how else to escalate my case.
Would appreciate any help on how to escalate a case on CDC please?
