Trade volume is related to users trade/ buy and sell transaction.

Nope, there is no statement there that says market maker buy and sell. They rebalance the liquidity on a cex. Mm do not do a buy and sell transaction which would have been reflected as trade volume.

This is good, the main thing is that you assured that it is normal that such volumes mean there is no need to worry.
