Hi, I need a help on a bot I am making
a bot which if a button is clicked like memes some memes should come to the user.
If they click Today's news todays news should come.
Can i make like that?

Yes, you can. On any programming language

any that you like. I prefer java, still most bots use python so it will be way easier to find support in it
Use some python library and use python's random.choice. You can send messages with meme images when click happens.
