Hi everyone. I'm currently developing an inline bot. I found that

using method answerInlineQuery with its result parameter as InlineQueryResultPhoto will cause the result will be cached forever in the Telegram servers for the same photo_url , even though the photo is replaced with a new one (photo url remain the same).

How should I do to force my bot to refresh those cached photos?

I don't think that it's cached forever. From my experience it should be cached for the same time as regular urls and link previews etc. Are cached. For single images use @webpagebot to update the cache
