I am not receiving update. - Bot is admin in group

the purpose of chat_join_request is written here: Optional. A request to join the chat has been sent. The bot must have the can_invite_users administrator right in the chat to receive these updates. I sent request to join a chat from another account. But, bot is not getting this update. Bot is admin. i have tried to change allowed_updates to list with chat_join_request, but there is no update still

Can you say steps you did?
Hi i just tested today creates_join_request for method createChatInviteLink And it doesn't work because bot didn't get any Updates (eg ChatJoinRequest update)
