chat is refer the effective_chat from the message has recieved (one of from user, groups(private as well as public), channels(private as well as public)) from is the effective_user (group/channel it self in case if message sent via anon admin or via channel) sender_chat is also user but will blank if message is forwarded and the user is disabled forwarding in there account
