I'M getting this error "SSL error {error:1416F086:SSL routines:tls_process_server_certificate:certificate verify failed}" after

setting a webhook to my web server with self- signed certificate
can someone help?

I've looked at this page https://core.telegram.org/bots/webhooks re-made the keys and certificate re-set certificate of apache re-set webhook still get this error

at the end of this guide there are some example with curl If I try with them it works, i made a simple echo script and it works if post an update with curl but if I send a message to the bot still nothing
