I needed is I needed to move uploaded photos from dev-ment bot to pruduction bot.

file_unique_id is kinda useless for bot developers.

I read a quote in bot api docs.

Unique identifier for this file, which is supposed to be the same over time and for different bots. Can't be used to download or reuse the file.

why do we need the field? Can I use it to access uploaded files or photos across multiple bots?

if not, would you consider adding the feature?

why do we need the field? Can I use it to access uploaded files or photos across multiple bots? ==> so that different bots can find out if it is the same media, it cannot be used for re download. file ids are bound to the specific bot (except in some scenarios)
