My bot is being attacked by spam bots (100 bots
write /start in 1 second) and because of this, the telegram restriction is triggered. How can I escape from these bots?

you can detect the "start" multiple times sander user id , added it to a list , and then don't process the code if a user id is in that list .. this is like bloking the user from using the bot
