I’m wanting to try crypto.com . I read about people
accounts getting frozen. Pertaining to SOF issues. I contacted app support today to see if I could preemptively provide information, b4 I deposit, the answer was pretty vague. The concern. My funds come from crypto trading. SOF docs state nothing about such sources. What would be acceptable proof of this source? I read way too often about peoples accounts getting frozen for long periods of time…

As long as your funds come from legitimate sources there’s really nothing to be concerned about :)

They do. As I stated they come from trading crypto. Legitimately, I’m paying taxes on them. But how to prove such a source if asked. I tried to ask support. But the answer was basically a non answer…

That’s because our CS team doesn’t handle source of funds, it’s handled by an internal team
