Will tokens be revoked if the owner account is deleted?
I don't plan on deleting any of my accounts but it's just another question I can't find the answer to.
Also, do account limitations impact bots in any meaningful way?

tokens aren't revoked if owner's account is deleted, i don't think account restrictions affect bots although i dunno, i don't do weird things on Telegram

afaik if bots are completely inactive for long period of time and owner's account is dead, they will get deleted or something
