im in the US, not NY, so i can use the exchange app

The website only states the App, not Exchange. If you open an account with a VPN, you are violating the geo-restrictions, and your account will be closed.

You might find helpful in having a read here too, in order to discover where is the crypto.com app is available in the States. Also, what my colleague @NetoCDC just said about the exchange account is true. We are doing our best in order to bring the exchange to the States. You can log in using both the app and website, but these are unavailable to you because you’re based in the US

Try exiting the channel and re-enter it. Try without Wi-Fi and back on to Wi-Fi. From what I have noticed, there is some sort of delayed response between the bot and the user. It will eventually let you through.

Yes, I already did all that, several times in a row, but it's still the same m I even joined a different group, to see if the error was with my account, but no, in other groups it does let me solve the captcha without a problem.
