Heyy, Does getUpdates api method displays/stores all the information/message log

till date, if nothing was programmed for the bot and no webhook ever set?

An update is any type of message, status update, etc. An update is like THE thing your bot receives. So yes, everything is kept for 24 hours. But it would be better to not wait that long and instead process all the updates as they come.
