What's your reason for recommending them over pyth...

I have not worked with this library so far and I do not know anything But the documentation of the Telethon and Pyrogram libraries is complete and accurate

Didn't you read this This library provides a pure Python interface for the Telegram Bot API. It's compatible with Python versions 3.6.8+
