What exactly is your question? Basically every programming language needs to track external dependencies. There are script/interpreted languages such as php and there are compiled languages. For compiled languages you don't need to deploy such files, because well... the dependencies are compiled into the binary.
I called myself developer and you make me so bad So how i can search on github for repo or library didn't require like those files? We don't have like this in php if I change one number in requirement.txt the bot will stops
dude, can you at least use google translate - it's literally impossible to understand your questions
The language barrier is so high... You can barely have a proper conversation :D
Any language Except for python. But request is filegetcontents in Python.
"So how i can search on github for repo or library didn't require like those files?" To my knowledge, you can't search for projects *not* requiring certain libraries.
Aha Damn then php better
Sorry but that's complete nonsense what you are writing.
