Just to confirm... (talking about Webapp from 6.x) Is it correct,

that I can send a InlineKeyboardButton with a WebAppInfo (which opens the Webapp) to a User which "assigned" to a bot, but I can not send this to a Channel, where the Bot is added?

And if i am correct. What is best way to bring Channel Members to open the web app?

tested and it is as aspected. withURL does open a Website outside of Telegram, which is not same as withWebApp Lets see if we get an answer https://twitter.com/bonfaru/status/1543569679213543425
