SF = Significant figures. That's when you do the appropriate rounding up/down depending on the value. DP = decimal points, that's truncating. So always round down.

Yes. But if you tell me it's 0.33 to 2dp, that means you've truncated. And stripe always rounds up to avoid moneyloss. So your use of DP is wrong
