How extract all member of a bot without saving into

Umm, just a random thought. A bot cannot initiate chats with users on their own. So the user ids of the ppl who actually started the bot must be saved somewhere in the Telegram servers? So why doesn't such a method exist to get all these ids?

Yes, but then you should have been storing those IDs from the start. Many bots are simply reactive and don't have a need to broadcast to their users.
