Hello there maybe someone have a problem on python

with bot commands ? If some know how to fix it please help me. I use command "message.from_user.username" and when bot try to get it its ends with error like (A request to the Telegram API was unsuccessful. Error code: 400. Description: Bad Request: can't parse entities: Can't find end of the entity starting at byte offset 7
") , but sometimes it's working and i'm not change anything in code or replace it and don't change privacy for bot in Botfather.
