If i create any of /newpack / /newvideo / /newanimated I can use the /replacesticker command, but I do not see similar option if i had used /newemojipack.

Hmm, maybe not sure about that. Maybe @botsupport or regular TSF would be the correct places to ask. Barely used the stickers bot myself.

The sticker bot has a terrible interface. It was easier for me to delete the stickerpack(=emodjipack) and re-create it. You can make a test emojipack (no more than 3 emoji) there and test commands on it.
